Acceptance
By accessing or using this service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, you must immediately stop using the service. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. These Terms govern all interactions with the service.

Pricing & Payment
Access to certain features requires payment of fees as displayed at checkout. All fees are non‑refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Failure to pay may lead to suspension of paid features.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 48 hours prior. You can manage auto‑renewal in your account settings. Disabling auto‑renewal prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro‑rata refunds are provided.
Service Modifications
The service may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. Major changes that materially affect functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when practical. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. No compensation is owed for changes.
Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for any violation of these Terms, security concerns, or operational needs. Notice will be provided when feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are strictly prohibited. Legal action may be pursued for infringement.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.
